LEGSMARKET is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your mail courier to track down your package. When ordering please make sure your destination address is secure and reliable. We don't want this to happen! :(

 

RETURN POLICY

You have 10 days to return your purchase. Your purchase must be in original sealed packaging and in unused condition. Please include receipt in your return package. 

RETURN ADDRESS To return your product, you should mail your product to: LEGSMARKET, Attn: Returns, 202 West 40th Street, New York, NY 10022. Please include a note with your name and order number if applicable.
EXCEPTIONS
There will be no returns/exchanges/refunds for SALE ITEMS or LIMITED RELEASE ITEMS.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of LEGSMARKET shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspection by LEGSMARKET, if applicable, the value of your item will be refunded to you in 3-5 business days.  We will also notify you if your refund was rejected.  If your tracking information states that your package has not been delivered to LEGSMARKET, we will not be able to offer you a refund.  Please contact your shipping provider and submit a claim.  We suggest to use tracking when returning an order.

 

THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. HOW DO I PURCHASE IT? New items can sell out quickly, therefore we usually replace items within 2-3 weeks.  If the item is limited quantity, special edition, and/or a collaboration, it may be unsure when that specific item will return.
